Hi, I am Alonso. My story into fitness started when I decided to transform my life going from 95 kg (14.96 stone) at the age of 16 down to 68 kg (10.70 stone), my current average weight in my adult life.

When I first started my weight loss journey I was on my own. I didn’t know what to do but to follow fad diets and do tons of cardio. I didn’t have a personalised training plan either so it took me more time to see first results.

So it wasn’t until I understood how to exercise and eat that things took a different turn.

Today, as a fitness professional I can tell you that the key to your success is within you, you just got to unlock it with some help and guidance.

My motto is to “live a healthier, happier life” and I’d love you to join my tribe.

As a Personal Trainer I create exercise plans designed to challenge and inspire you to move in an enjoyable way.
